Pros

Great job for those in school or an extra job. It is not easy as you have to be relatively fit, comfortable having parents/kids watching and listening to you, and are good with kids. But there are so many lessons I've learned about myself, how to interact with families, and it's a lot of fun being a part of a child's personal growth! It's a job that's rewarding in more ways than just a paycheck- the community and gratitude from members and coworkers makes it a place that's difficult to leave.

Cons

Can be hard to get a lot of hours as classes are just in the evenings during the week and mornings on weekends. Must be coachable/open to constantly learning.

Pros

$25 for the hour, *mostly* cool coworkers

Cons

Fake and hypocritical management, Lead Coach and the center manager act like your friend. Center manager shows up 2 hours past the first class time, and then complains about having to stay an extra 30 minutes to clean. Misleading coach profile - apparently you have to be a “gentle” parent/coach to be successful here, because we all know that works so well. Awful hours and only 12 or so hours a week. Some of the parents are completely disengaged and provide no discipline to their kids causing trouble.
