There is nothing good about this job or the clinic

Learn’t nothing, had to train myself and was overwhelmed by the workload They are not able to retain the admin team and anyone who has potential will eventually leaves this horrible place. They have extremely bad management skills and a very toxic workplace environment. The care team lead and the HR/operations have next to 0 knowledge and professionalism. You will not get a raise, however much work you put in, and even after a few years of experience they would tell people the max they can increase is 20-50 cents. They will fire people out of nowhere, and the work gets dumped on to other members. Read the negative reviews and spare yourself from wasting your time and energy at this clinic. The director and the other board members are all pretentious, and will come up with nonsense treatment and assessment options to be able to charge their clients 1000’s of dollars. Being in the healthcare field I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANY PATIENT AS WELL. Find yourself a better clinic, and save yourself a headache and being fooled by these people.

Owner and Director of "innovation and talent" are so terrible. They talk down to everyone liek they are better. While they're making over $100K, their care team is making minimum wage and carrying the clinic on their broken backs. No room for growth, no room for discussions. Their new clinic operations manager is also not the best
