This area's EMSA left the decision to re-implement post-covid ET Intubation to provider agencies. Unfortunately, this company was one of the few (possibly the only) agency that elected not to re-implement.

Coworkers, upgraded protocols, newer ambulances, only paramedic on 95% of calls

management purposely chooses crappy hours to bid shifts on then brags about it, hospital wait times blamed on employees, favoritism by management and supervisors, don't care how good you are at you're job all about fast turn around times out of employees control but they make it employees fault
