Pros
Flexibility in working remote and unlimited PTO - though, management has all but officially eliminated this perk through bureaucratic nonsense.
Cons
Where to even begin? Management structure is constantly changing and the current round of new management wants to do things their way without considering how processes, systems, and clients will be affected. Employee morale and customer service suffers due to incompetent leadership. Employees feel micromanaged, undervalued, unheard, and unappreciated. Management gets angry and verbally abusive at any sign of not being a yes-man. Speaking up and expressing your concerns and frustrations is a sign of rebellion and cause for termination due to not being a "cultural fit" for the organization. Nobody knows what the "culture" is even supposed to be anymore; bootlicking, maybe? Senior leadership does not listen to constructive feedback, does not care what your professional and educated opinions are, constantly lies about anything and everything to make themselves look better or to hide the hypocrisy, and would rather hire management and employees who the owners have personal connections with rather than hiring actual qualified and skilled employees. Good, honest, loyal, and talented employees are now seen as a threat and pigeonholed until eventually pushed out the door. There is no room for growth or promotion within the organization. New positions are mysteriously created and filled by personal connections and former employees of management without any announcement or consideration of current employees. Elevate might as well be NexusTek 2.0 at this point.
