Pros
Some friendly coworkers, a beautiful office with modernized office equipment, company buys lunch every day, 2-week holiday break closure (unpaid which they don't disclose during the interview process)
Cons
Condescending CEO and managers will humiliate you in front of the other staff in a way that is borderline actionable (and no one stands up for you because the CEO and managers are "homies" with everyone). Everyone has to agree with the CEO during the dreadful lunch breaks together otherwise he will belittle you if you think any differently. They expect everyone to be open-minded and speak freely yet no one feels comfortable doing so. They strive for structure yet do not follow their own company policies and procedures more than half the time. They boast more about the staff they have lost that has not been a perfect fit than their talented staff. Blurred work-life balance is inevitable.
