Lack of understanding and communication gives those who are opportunist ability to climb ranks.

An abhorrent lack of clear direction from management has created a chaotic and fear driven style of working, disguised by leadership as "fast paced", when it is anything but. Any internal process or direction is overturned and changed that often that within a few months, it is 'thrown out the window'. This has led to a rapid decline in company culture and my only advice to anyone contemplating joining: don't.
