i preface this by saying that the following are just my personal opinions and observations: 1. A lot of office politics 2. I see Staff OT a lot due to the immense workload (even interns) 3. Near zero to no guidance. People assign you work and give you templates but dont actually go into any detail about how you are supposed to do it. if you ask for more details they just tell you to use ChatGPT (if im an intern here to learn about the law and you ask me to use AI, then what's the point of this internship? its counterproductive!) No feedback was provided for my work either. a big part of me feels like i wasted my time here 4. High turnover rates which imo is very telling of employers
