      1. They give you a lot of responsibility, so you learn a lot, especially as a fresh graduate.

      1. Even though there are some large projects, most projects consist of commercial or private housing, so the learning experience can get stale quickly. 2. Pay is a bit below the market, and the gap grows as you gain more experience. 3. They are a bit clingy, and will make it difficult for you to leave, even after fulfilling your contract.
