Pros

I honestly can't think of pros.

Cons

My experience with Virgin Media Television has been nothing short of frustrating. The culture feels bloated with middle management who seem to exist purely to justify their own roles through relentless micromanagement. Instead of empowering staff, they hover, nitpick, and drain any sense of initiative or creativity from the room. Decision-making crawls through layers of approval, and common sense often gets buried under pointless oversight. The focus appears to be more on control than competence.TV Contracts and working arrangements feel rigid and one-sided, offering little flexibility or genuine support for the people actually doing the work. Morale suffers when management treats capable professionals like they can’t be trusted to tie their own shoelaces. If productivity is the goal, constant interference isn’t the way to achieve it. There's one or two women in the Dublin office who should be removed from the business and then it could make some recovery. I'd park your cv if an offer comes for a position there if I were you.

Pros

Free internet and TV. Good benefits.

Cons

Roles are made redundant every year - the work is then passed on to other staff whos workload doubles as a result. Bad location. Salaries could be better. No clear strategy.
