Great Culture Maintenance is always working hard to deliver good planes Pay for a single engine turbine is good Safety is always the priority Management, dispatchers and mechanics are always working with the pilots and communication is very accurate. Most weekends off Pilot keeps hotel points
Cons
Often being away from home. As a floater pilot, we cover other pilots routes when they call sick, or vacation. We also cover extra routes, maintenance swaps, etc. So time at home is minimal. Career advancement is minimal.
