Low pay, up to 20 hours of extra work per week unpaid (which is illegal) but that you are forced to do to keep your job, complicated way of teaching classes, that change all the time, undercover spies within staff, whose job it is to report back on unsuspecting staff, and they find any way they can to fire you or drive you to a burnout right before you reach the one year mark, to avoid giving you the one extra dollar an hour promised upon hiring.
