A firm whose pressure of work never ends - Mechanical Design Engineer Mepcon Design Studio Employee Review

The firm has no HR, Manager, etc. Although the company has numbers of projects but the the seniors pressures oneself to work overtime & allows to go home only when the work is completed. They don't want people to go on any kind of holiday (whether it be a festival or national holiday) & take it's people to vacation. No work life balance & hence no mental peace!
