Pros

Close to home otherwise NOTHING.

Cons

BEWARE if you are offered an interview or are offered a job it is TEMPORARY. I was a hired as a Customer Service Rep. They only hire through temp agency and tell you it's temp to hire, that's crap. Most people work there 1-3 months and then you will get a call at home, after work, from the temp agency telling you "your assignment has ended". You work from 8:00 to 4:30 with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch and NO breaks. I was told because you can get up and go to the bathroom you don't need a break. I think it's illegal not to get a 15 minute break every 2-3 hours, but nobody says anything or you will be fired. When I was there one very nice lady had been there almost 2 years and was looking forward to finally getting some vacation and holiday pay. A few days before her 2 year mark she was let go so they wouldn't have to pay for any benefits. They have a terrible reputation in the local community and have been through so many people that they have to keep trying to find new people through different temp agencies because the temp agencies keep run out of new people to send to them. If you are offered a job RUN!! This is the worst place to work!!

Thank you for your response on Glassdoor. I would like to introduce myself as the new CEO of Reliable Bronze & Manufacturing, Inc. The company changed ownership in August of 2022. As we begin to listen and better understand the culture at the company, our initial efforts are being focused on creating an atmosphere of trust and respect. A collaborative team environment is being fostered at the company and is being welcomed with open arms. Many things will change over the coming weeks and months that will enable our personnel to enjoy their work satisfaction and grow with the company. I would welcome a conversation with you to better understand the situation you were in, how it is changing now, and to illustrate how bright our future is here at the company. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards, Kevin L. Herkner

Pros

The pay was OK for the time. They paid employee insurance

Cons

Oof where to start? Company has crazy high turn over rate. When I started, my training was very poor. Come to find out, it's because supervisors expend very little of their energy on Temps. In the supervisor's defense, most Temps Don't last long anyway. My duties at Reliable Bronze lead to me dealing with both buildings -The office , and the manufacturing building. Management in both buildings is awful to say the least. They act like children. Constantly pointing the finger at each other When an employee makes the most miniscule mistake. The computer system they use is ancient, and not user-friendly at all. Very easy to make mistakes. And when there is one, they make sure you know about it. The only way I could possibly recommend this job to anyone, is if you are in dire straights. If they got rid of every single manager/got new owners, it honestly wouldn't be a bad place to work. Until then, stay FAR away from Reliable Bronze. It's a depressing misfit Temp circus
