This job takes a lot of hard, physical labor, along with dealing with customers, making sales, and everday operational tasks. If you’re not good at multitasking, it’s not the place for you. You’re only allowed a staff of 4, including yourself, so be prepared to work way more than 40 hours most weeks. Upper management changes often and they rarely stick to anything for very long.
