Pros
Only good if you are unpaid intern.
Cons
One of the most unprofessional and poorly managed organizations I have experienced. The management heavily favors relatives and internal connections over capable employees, creating a typical “Lala company” culture rather than a professional work environment. There is no proper employee performance tracking system, no transparent appraisal structure, and no recognition for hard work or results.
The company prefers hiring employees with lower salary expectations instead of experienced professionals, which directly impacts work quality and decision-making. Leadership lacks vision, professionalism, and basic people management skills. Despite employees delivering work and taking ownership, job security remains uncertain and employees can be removed without proper communication or process.
Overall, the organization lacks ethics, structure, leadership quality, and a healthy work culture.
