Great healthcare options, 9/80 schedule, week-long shutdown between Christmas and New Years
Cons
Brain drain: 2025 had 25% turnover and some of our strongest engineering talent left. Manufacturing team has also seen heavy losses. Millennium has been trying to scale the business for years and is still struggling with basics. Always on to the next thing before finishing the current initiatives. Littered with 70% complete projects that aren't usable or adding value despite the hours spent on them.
