      Pros

      Great healthcare options, 9/80 schedule, week-long shutdown between Christmas and New Years

      Cons

      Brain drain: 2025 had 25% turnover and some of our strongest engineering talent left. Manufacturing team has also seen heavy losses. Millennium has been trying to scale the business for years and is still struggling with basics. Always on to the next thing before finishing the current initiatives. Littered with 70% complete projects that aren't usable or adding value despite the hours spent on them.

      5-10 years ago, MSS was a fantastic company to work for

      Terrible, will be an example in an MBA class some day, turnover. Zero acknowledgment by leadership. Constant buzz words that the answer to more pay and retention is this new niche tool or pizza. Meanwhile perks and benefits keep getting worse to “save cost”. Process that requires more studying weekly than my engineering degree did, yet it’s never the same twice. Schedules that are devoid from reality, always assume process takes zero time, and are always sure to add new process to stop engineers from causing more rushed mistakes when leadership tells them to just “find a way”.
