Customer support here is done the right way. You're trained well before you start working on your own, and your questions are always answered. Coworkers are patient and experienced. Management treats people fairly and keeps communication clear. It’s a steady job with good hours.

Cons

The product list is extensive, so there was a lot to learn.

Pros

I handle appliance part inquiries all day, so communication improved quickly after joining the company. Managers give support without constantly checking every conversation. More confidence handling customer concerns. Stronger multitasking from balancing calls, emails, and order updates daily.

Cons

Training covers the basics, but much of the learning happens during actual customer interactions.

Pros

I've got absolutely nothing positive to say about the company. There are far better companies to work for out there; you'd be much better off taking the time to find them instead of settling for this level of mediocrity.

Cons

- I felt completely miserable during my time at Sundberg America because of the horrible work conditions and the deeply toxic environment! - Employees were treated like nothing more than disposable pawns; our well-being was nothing but an afterthought to the company. - My work-life balance during my time working here was awful because I constantly had to push myself to meet unreasonable demands and unrealistic deadlines. - Whenever I failed to meet those impossible expectations, management would yell at me!
