      Physical job & staying fit Customer-facing, you get to meet customers, new people Fun job as you get to drive everywhere, and nice scenery Amazing colleagues Colleague discount Work-life balance is good

      No career ladder Bad management - no trust or support from managers When injured, basically no pay. They negotiate and try not to pay colleagues who are unfit to work due to injury or illness, even though a letter from the GP is provided.

      Pros

      Friendly and supportive team environment. Managers were approachable and flexible with schedules. Good training provided, especially for first-time retail workers. Fair pay for the role and clear procedures. Opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills.

      Cons

      Work could be repetitive, especially during quiet shifts. Early morning or late night shifts could be tiring. Limited progression opportunities for seasonal workers. Can get very busy during holiday periods. Short employment period – not much job security.
