      Pros

      I appreciate how Erlanger allows their Nurse Residents to be able to rotate throughout different floors. This allowed me to be able to see different things on each floor and choose the correct fit for me.

      Throughout my month of being an Erlanger employee, I have no complaints.

      Pros

      Flexible time, remote working, having previous experience, learning new processes, having friendly and accessible bosses and coworkers, having a great support system for us as employees is very important and I am very grateful that we have this available to us

      Cons

      The length of time that it takes to get certain access, I trained on daily and bank balancing but I had to tie up another employees system so I could learn. Now that I am trained, I am unable to complete these assigned duties because of access.
