Awesome atmosphere and everyone is so kind and willing to help at a moment's notice, I didn't feel like "the new guy" when I started 2 years ago because the culture is so excepting. A progressive company that's growing very quickly. Leaders are all so empathetic toward each employee, really caring about the people they've hired and striving for them to do better, to be better, not for a couple of dollars for the bottom line, but to better that person's life/career regardless of where they work in 5 years. They recognize talent very well, hard and good work, put out consistently, is rewarded swiftly and appropriately. I could go on for quite some time ...

When you see growth like we have, that comes with growing pains, we do not know the answer to every single question every time because we have a lot of firsts, but we deal with them appropriately and iterate.
