Cons
1. Onboarding is a mess with no one knowing their role, what your role is supposed to be, or how to manage the confusion.
2. Content heads and editors do not know basic grammar, will nitpick your articles, but make elementary mistakes in titles and "corrections."
3. You are expected to work without pay for the first 55 days. Salary is credited on the 25th of each ensuing month. Eg - You get paid for your work in January on February 25th.
4. For meager pay, they will expect you to do the work of 2 people.
