This practice exposes clients, consultants, and the company itself to serious legal and reputational risks. 3. Exploitative Working Conditions 3.1 Employees may be required to work 12+ hour night shifts, without overtime compensation. 3.2 Workload expectations are unsustainable and disregard basic labor standards. 4. Leadership Issues 4.1 The company president demonstrates erratic leadership, changing direction frequently and unpredictably (every week, basically). 5. Organizational Culture and Competence 5.1 The company operates in a disorganized and chaotic manner, lacking professionalism. 5.2 The culture is marked by arrogance.
