      The work is fun and cool, they're not constantly looking over your shoulder as you work. Tips are great

      Cons

      Get EVERYTHING in writing or it was never said. They are not proactive about protecting your rights, and communicating up and down the chain is like pulling teeth. Lots of talk about advancement, nothing ever followed ip on after I decided to stick around, despite my best efforts

      Pros

      Pass exchange with other attractions Good PTO policy. Guaranteed no overtime you get sent home at 40

      Cons

      Micro manger. Manger don’t know how to deal with people. HR is for the company not the employees hard to get help from them. Not much room for advancement unless you are in the favorite group of people. Insurance is also company funded and nobody has heard of the benefit administer.
