Pros
Literally none, probably worst company I’ve ever worked for and I’ve worked for some bad places, everyone here is miserable, they love to hire younger people to suck the life out of you. Best part of the job is going home. Bosses are awful, food is horrid since they don’t manage time well or hire enough people for chefs to actually be able to do their jobs. Shifts are ALWAYS understaffed and the work is dumped on you, it’s ridiculous for one person to manage everything but they expect you somehow do it. Management also does nothing about perverted employees as well. I was employed by this company for around a year and we went through 3 on site managers around 20 new/old employees who quit within the span of a few weeks, and 4 different higher up managers, all terrible human beings.

Everything, salary is crap, unorganised management/shifts, they like to promise you good things to make sure you stay employed by this hellhole.
