Pros
- commission structure - team members aside from management and CEO
Cons
My experience at Clash Graphics ultimately highlighted some significant organizational and leadership challenges. The company appears to struggle with consistent management practices and professional boundaries. Leadership often felt overly personal in its approach, and communication styles could come across as aggressive or confrontational rather than solution-oriented. This created an environment where feedback and direction were not always clear, and workplace dynamics sometimes felt tense rather than collaborative. During my time there, I experienced what I would describe as being “managed out” rather than given constructive performance guidance or an opportunity to course-correct. I was ultimately terminated without what I felt was clear or documented cause. While I respect that companies have the right to make staffing decisions, the process lacked transparency and professionalism.
