Overall a very well ran Dealership. Service stays busy and pay is very good.

Very busy service drive if you see that as a bad thing,

A lot of down time

1. Unprofessional HR and management 2. Use of intimidation tactics on employees 3. Management usually will not follow California state laws on wages, shift breaks, etc. 4. Shift hours are unstable (people constantly work past their scheduled hours. Some have even left at 1am and then get penalized by HR for working over hours) 5. Took nearly 12 months to begin following covid regulations. (ex: made hand sanitizer in the body shop that was distributed to employees and customers) 6. Working in unhealthy conditions 7. Management has been known to say racist remarks about other employees and customers. Many people have overheard these remarks.
