There are no pros for this job

Not only is the salary poor, the owner (Who also owns Gary's Pet World and Motoworld, amongst others) always sets very unrealistic expectations. If he has a problem with you, he will talk bad to other employees about you instead of trying to talk about the situation. There is an expectation for you to read their mind, where they will not tell you how to do things, but if you do them wrong hell's wrath will be laid upon you without being given the chance to change how you do the task at hand. On top of this, the management is very manipulative and humiliating. As an example, if the boss does not think you are performing well enough (Given by metrics that are not calculated well in the first place), all the managers will come down and talk to you in a group settings, where you feel very very intimidated. The business is a mess, everything is guess work and you WILL get blamed for everything that goes wrong.

There are no pros to working for this man. The best thing about the place is the door out of it.

Owner is not a nice man, blames everyone but himself for his own bad decisions, treats staff poorly and regularly humiliates them in front of other staff and customers.
