I work with clients who are doing interesting things, but the people here are truly the best part of the job. Smart, kind, funny, collaborative and always down to lend a helping hand. Whether it’s a brainstorm, a deadline or just needing a gut check, someone’s got your back. I’ve felt mentored, encouraged and pushed (in the best way) to grow. The overall company culture is super supportive and I feel comfortable bringing my whole self to work.

Like most agencies, it’s fast-paced and high standards can feel intense at times, but you’re never in it alone!

Only good thing about this organization is it probably won't be around much longer. And also I guess since clients are dropping like flies, people are at least starting to see through the charade.

Terrible cliquey leadership who lack self-awareness and can't tolerate feedback (but you better believe they'll shove theirs down YOUR throat). Firing people left and right because of "performance," but everyone knows it's actually to sneakily cut costs to preserve the inner circle from the contract losses. Constantly reinventing performance reviews in a desperate effort to create a documentation process for future blame-placing. Removing everyone but management from the website to hide the fact that they're churning through their account teams like butter (the remaining lineup can also tell you everything you need to know about their DEI walk-the-talk). The flexible work culture is a figment of managerial delusion, trust.
