Claims to be a people-forward company, but has a noted habit of making sweeping unjustified redundancies and alerting those they're making redundant with an email, after which they immediately cut off basically all your access so that you aren't able to contact any of your team. On top of this, there is complete lack of consistency, and misalignment between operational teams within the business, causing a lot of unnecessary friction and leading to burnout and constantly changing requirements for work that is already well underway.
