Pros

Has remained Covid 19 Free to date

Cons

Instructed to provide care by myself to resident that is care planned for a minimum of 2 nursing staff members. Also instructed to do the same with bariatric resident. With a speech to follow that highlighted the length of time it took me to complete the care. Hall Nurse/LPN constantly yelling at me for anything so everyone in ear shot all the way to the local cemetery, was aware. Complete disregard for professional conduct, privacy of employee or resident. There is “No Standard” at all. Example; start of shift - no report given, assignments are done by random CNA Privacy of issue at that moment with resident. Viewed as “verbally abusive” & increasing anxiety in residents . Absolutely no accountability by any stretch of the imagination. If a concern is shared, it does not stay confidential. On a regular occurrence hippa is clearly violated. In closing, it’s not my desire to be a negative “Disgruntled Ex-Employee” by any means. It has been the worst work experience I have had my entire working life.
