Pros

Supportive team culture with approachable seniors. Real project work from day one, good exposure to live issues, releases, and end-to-end workflows. Strong learning environment, trust, and opportunities to build confidence, ownership, and communication skills. Exposure to modern tools and technologies.

Cons

Steep learning curve initially for freshers. Handling production/live issues can be stressful during peak times. Sometimes multiple tasks run in parallel, so time management is important. Documentation/knowledge base can be improved for faster onboarding.

Pros

Very nice management personality wise. Culture concept is joy and happiness. You get to work for a global company.

Cons

The management doesn't exactly know what they are doing. My role was everything from sales to business development to creating marketing collateral and readjusting product development. There is no guidance as Americans are working during the Indian graveyard shift which is where management is located.

Pros

So much work and good pay.

Cons

They don't give solid contracts and make their employees leave without any reason and warning.
