Lots of work to do though

Working for Kensington Mortgages has been brilliant for the 2 years I have been here. The work ethic is solid—everyone pulls together and expects the best of themselves without the drama. My colleagues make the days easier; they're knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. And the bonus scheme? Actually meaningful—hard work gets noticed and rewarded, not just talked about. It feels good to be somewhere that backs up words with real recognition.

Honestly cannot fault the company, System issues can be a bit frustrating times but the I>T are pretty helpful and get thins sorted relatively quickly.
