I loved my co-workers and generally it was a good environment.
Cons
As long as I was there I was always underpaid. I was on call to do her bidding whenever she wished. The majority of her requested were alway last minute and needed to be done asap, making it hard to prioritize responsibilities. You could never show any emotion other than happiness, lest it tarnish her reputation. There was no opportunity for career growth.
