Ran out of funding capital - Marketing Executive Huboo Employee Review

Great staff, workplace and work culture.

New management ruined the company.

It is a 0 hour contract, has a good pay of around 12 pounds an hour (which is good for 16 year old's) and is easy work. This is great for students who need a part time job - and was perfect.

However, this job has slowly gotten worse over the past 9 months or so. There are barely any shifts anymore on offer - and are very difficult to get. You must respond within a few minutes - and emergency shifts come at any time. You never know when they are going to respond to your emails - if at all - which is very unhelpful as it means you are never sure if you got the shift or not. I'd say around 80% of the emails I send are straight up blanked - this is infuriating.
