Pros

Actually there is nothing positive to say about this company. Perhaps the only thing is that they do not delay payroll payments.

Cons

Even after almost two years since I left, I still haven’t gotten over what I experienced at this company. A toxic environment, sarcasm, and staff bullying by arrogant management who lack the education, knowledge, and soft skills required to run a company. I'm sure that a five-year-old kid would make better business decisions. Bottom line, a clear step backward in the careers of serious professionals.

Pros

Good colleagues is the only positive

Cons

Both owners (him & her) insult the staff; he is always sarcastic, trusts no one, and undermines employees. He starts intrigues himself and then blames the staff. She swears and insults people. They make employees cry. They argue among themselves, and the employees are always in a difficult position. There is no evaluation system or meritocracy. No matter how much money they offer you, never work at this company. They insult you, question you, and ask pointless questions that are always aimed at implying that you’re not doing your job properly. He, in particular, makes all sorts of promises, such as a salary increase, and never follows up on them. She is borderline dangerous.

Pros

The brand has a strong visual identity and is well-positioned internationally. Some team members are genuinely passionate and hardworking despite the lack of guidance.

Cons

There is a serious lack of professionalism and respect from management. Leadership often makes inappropriate comments about employees’ compensation, including publicly boasting about hiring or retaining people for minimal pay — which creates a humiliating and toxic environment. There’s no HR department, no proper structure, and no transparency regarding salaries or responsibilities. Workload expectations are unrealistic, and boundaries are not respected. Communication is reactive and disorganized, leading to constant confusion and emotional exhaustion.
