Currently earning at the minimum level based on 'market'?, with no clear bonus structure, just occasional incentives that aren’t very consistent.
The management style in my department is quite hands-on, sometimes to the point of micromanaging, which can make it harder to work independently and efficiently.
On top of that, the office facilities especially the restrooms could really use some improvement to make the workplace more comfortable overall.
