Being apart of helping people. Flexibility with scheduling and very accommodating and understanding when life throws curveballs and employees need additional leave/time off.

Non profit salaries. Seems to have a revolving door of employees as they cannot afford to stay competitive in the job market pay wise. Feels almost like a stepping stone for new graduates to gain the experience needed on their resumes to land positions within other agencies/companies.
