Pros

Supportive supervisors with employee growth focus Flexible work schedule Collaborative and positive culture Monthly bonuses

Cons

Lower pay: base compensation is on the lower side compared to some industry benchmarks in healthcare with a SaaS sales component. Growing pains as we scale up High Ownership Required (not really a con for me, but could be for others): Because you have so much flexibility and support, you have to be a self-starter. If you aren't comfortable taking the lead on ambiguous projects, the scaling pace might feel overwhelming.

Thank you for taking the time to write this — it genuinely made our day. You named something we think about a lot: the "high ownership required" piece is real, and we know it's not for everyone. For the right person, though, it's incredibly energizing, and it sounds like you're thriving in it. Your note on base compensation is heard. As we grow, keeping pay competitive is a priority we're actively working on, because the talent on this team deserves to feel that in their paycheck too. We're so glad you're here.

Pros

Strong, aligned leadership with a clear long-term vision. Transparent pay and clear paths for advancement. For a fully remote company, the culture is surprisingly engaged and connected. Leadership genuinely wants employees to succeed and isn’t afraid to improve processes when something isn’t working. You need to be adaptable, but the changes are usually thoughtful and make things better.

Cons

The fully remote environment requires a high level of self-motivation and accountability, which may not be the right fit for everyone.

Thank you for this — and especially for the advice at the end. "Maintain employee buy-in" as we grow is something leadership revisits constantly, because we know how quickly culture can erode if it's taken for granted. You're right that remote connection takes real effort, and we won't stop being intentional about it. The fact that you described our culture as "surprisingly engaged" as a fully remote company is something we're genuinely proud of. Your voice is part of what makes this place work. Thank you for being here.

Pros

Fair market pay and bonus structure.

Cons

Non-clinical LOB. Toxic culture from leadership. It's like a group of bad associates that know one another from previous jobs all got each other hired here. You immediately get the sense that something is "off" with the vibe after a couple leadership meetings. Unprofessional swearing, being overly phony and malicious at the same time. Just a group of weirdos constantly playing the CYA game as they strategize how to rip off the elderly and Medicare. No matter what role you are hired into, it gives scam energy!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take feedback about workplace culture seriously, and we want to be transparent: the team at Nsight Health today looks meaningfully different from the one described here. Over the past year, we've made intentional leadership changes and invested in building a culture grounded in accountability, integrity, and mission alignment. We're proud that those efforts are reflected in measurable outcomes — including a 40% reduction in employee turnover and an employee NPS that consistently meets or exceeds industry benchmarks. We're sorry your time here didn't reflect our mission. We wish you well.
