I currently work at this staffing agency, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in both employee success and client satisfaction. There’s a strong team-oriented culture where collaboration is encouraged, and everyone is willing to step in and help when needed. The company provides great training and ongoing development opportunities, which has helped me grow professionally and build confidence in my role. Management values transparency and communication, and I always feel heard and respected when sharing ideas or concerns. What I appreciate most is how much this company truly cares about the people we serve — both our clients and our candidates. We work hard to create meaningful matches, and it feels rewarding to be part of an organization that prioritizes integrity and quality service. Great team to work with and exciting up beat environment. Leadership emphasizes growth and success and follows through. Pay is great and bonuses are always nice!

Absolutely ZERO, NONE! NOT A SINGLE THING!

Cons

Micromanaging on steroids. You are told in interview all wonderful things. Then, 3 to 4 weeks in, the rug is pulled out from under you! Just Like That, you realize you work for Beelzabub & his minions, (whom the minions themselves are on borrowed time & think they tough & untouchable). The CEO is vile towards women, that simple! Insults & curses at them, will term entire office on one of his binges just keep reading reviews. (the 5 star are associates who are told to post them!) Many Companies are dropping Surge &/or REFUSE to sign sales agreements. They are well aware of the Reputation. Just run, go elsewhere. It is no wonder several offices have had up to 8 to 10 Recruiter ads & Sales help wanted in a 2 year span. They simply cannot keep people, even when they get good ones. CEO plots VP's & Regionals against their very own offices & they also plot one office against the other. An absolute nightmare. The best part of the job, is your last day!
