      Pros

      I left last year to join another company. While I’m happy with where I am now, I know I would’ve been just as happy if I stayed. The team’s solid, the culture’s great, and the business keeps growing year after year. The new senior leadership has been unbelievable for the company and the founder is beyond devoted to the biz/talent —super sharp and focused. Lots of respect for what they’re doing. I miss the team

      Ponte’s a great place if you like being around smart, driven people who take their work seriously but also have fun. Everyone actually caresj....about the work and each other—which isn’t always a given. The vibe is great, the business keeps growing, and the new senior leadership has been a big win. You get a lot of ownership and trust, which makes it feel like you’re actually building something. I'm a fan of the leadership and ceo. The team works very hard for the talent

      Scariest work environment I have ever been thrown in, not welcoming. Ehe CEO talks so poorly about other people to her employees. Also, something weird is going on with the accounting & finances here.... sketchy sketchy sketchy!!
