Pros
flexibility in how patients are scheduled (as long as you see 18/patients a day min after the first year) flexible time off depending on office manager minimal call (but no guidelines on how to handle call)
Cons
no mentorship for new grads not going through fellowship no assistant if not seeing at least 12 patients a day no AI for "midlevel" providers (in process of obtaining apparently)
