Pros

Non really, seriously. may the pay is ok

Cons

"I worked here for several months and would not recommend this workplace. The environment caused significant stress and anxiety, with little to no structure in place, leaving employees to handle everything on their own without adequate support or training — despite promises made during the hiring process that were never fulfilled. Management is ineffective and unaccountable. Attorneys are quick to deflect blame onto paralegals and support staff rather than taking responsibility. Employees are micromanaged and under constant surveillance, with little trust or autonomy extended to the team. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Personal matters are not accommodated, and the expectation is that work comes before everything else. The workplace culture is toxic — characterized by gossip, cliques, and a lack of genuine collegiality. Perhaps most concerning, employees can be let go suddenly and without clear or legitimate reason. If you value your mental health, professional growth, and job security, I would look elsewhere."
