      Great pay. Benefits are average, on par with the industry. Completely remote.

      Cons

      No sense of loyalty or job security. Management and HR talks about their appreciation for employees. The next day you receive a 90 second call saying you’re laid off. It’s a routine occurrence.

      Pros

      Take home work truck, company cell phone, laptop and tablet. Lots of independence, by yourself most of the time. Decent pay. No micromanagement. Pretty lenient as long as you’re doing your job.

      Cons

      Possible long hours. Possible weekends. Potential on call depending what department you fall under. Lack of communication so if you’re brand new and haven’t spent 10 years in the industry you will be lost.
