I worked at zTrip for a long time right up until Covid. I loved it. The money was really good, and the schedule was as flexible as I wanted it to be.

The problem for most people coming into this role is they will make only as much as they’re willing to work. I figured out a great work-life balance that worked for me, but I’ve seen a lot of contractors come and go because they would make excuses as to why they weren’t making money when the reality is they probably weren’t motivated enough.
