Pros
Good company and I like the salary arrangement for home health as I don't get caught up in frustration so much as patients can cancel/be hard to get a hold of/ re-hospitalize, and other things that happen regularly which make it hard to predict or count on pay from a per visit arrangement
Cons
I have to be careful not to take on more than I can manage, learning to say no as it's easy to drive around and do multiple visits and evaluations every day but keeping up with the documentation and case management for too many can quickly be overwhelming
