Overworked and Underpaid - Photographer Venture Studios Employee Review

You're often in back-to-back shoots, expected to cover a lot of work in short periods of time. I experienced minimum wage with the promise of a pay rise after probation. That never happened. I was told once my average sale hit X then I would get a pay rise. That never happened. I was covering more shoots compared to other photographers in the area, with a higher average sale than them too. Still no recognition. Expectations to come in early, leave late, but not get paid for the extra time. Physically and mentally exhausting. Hated working for this company.
