Pros

This company gave me an absolute culture shock in the best way. It is such a supportive place to work. They are flexible, accommodating, understand and GENUINELY care about their employees in a way I haven't ever experienced!

Cons

There's a lot to learn, but its very doable with the support

Pros

GTA House Buyers is a company built on proven process by an owner that is wholly committed to the core values of being helpful and kind, solving problems, having integrity and always learning & growing. I have personally had the privilege of shifting roles within the company when my initial position wasn't an ideal fit for me. The company's desire to meet my personal professional and financial goals in a way that aligned with the company's needs has led to a season of significant growth. There is huge opportunity for personal success when working hard in this environment. And, with much growth ahead within the company, there are sure to be even more opportunities for people joining the team in the next couple years.

Cons

GTA House Buyers is a growing company and growing team, and as a result the processes are always being refined and the dynamics are continually shifting as each new team member impacts the overall tone. It can have the feel of a start-up where things are always changing, though that has slowed down more recently as processes and procedures (as well as targets) are more predictable and better documented. Working almost entirely remotely means that it is a little more difficult to get to know everybody on the team, so it takes more intentionality to feel well-known and connected.
