Pros

Majority of the providers working at St. Luke's care deeply for their patients. In the satellite offices, most staff members are very very kind.

Cons

Biggest con was low pay for the work being done, I was responsible for preparing patients for the exam, scribing during the exam, prescribing, dealing with prior authorizations and post-clinic tasks for patients, training other technicians, etc. I am grateful for all that I learned but a lot of the tasks are taught through "brain transfer" from other technicians rather than an upfront protocol. I heavily disagreed with the administrators, specifically administrators within the tarpon springs headquarters, I personally believe the best thing an administrator can be is COMMUNICATIVE and there were multiple times administrators were dishonest and manipulative to myself and other technicians that definitely contributed to distrust within the company,
