LOVED my clients and I had good engagement on my own time by managing my own schedule so I had 30-32 billable hours a week and consistently saw the same clients because of my organization skills

No real support from clinical supervisor in fact he is not even in the building most days. No compensation for the constant non billable engagements needed to maintain those 32 billable hours and documentation and a raise is absolutely unheard of
