Good work enviroment, great chances of learning about some technologies, good field work and learn personnel management, excellent High level management, mid-level not so much

not so good salaries, low benefits, no compensation for extra hours work, a lot of bureaucracy, the leadership is no good from mid-level management.

Great people. Good experience. Good way to get into the ICT industry.

Working conditions are not the greatest. Underpaid and overworked. Hours are 9-5 but management often guilts employees into staying well past 7. The boss is rude and obnoxious. Work is unchallenging.
